Program
MBW Telehealth Patient Messages is operated by Mind Body Works Telehealth LLC. Patients who opt in receive appointment reminders, follow-up questionnaire reminders, payment and registration notices, and care-related messages from Dr. Young’s practice. We do not send marketing messages.
How you opt in
Patients opt in during registration at mindbodyworks.us/register.php by checking an unchecked box next to this statement:
Consent to text messages is optional and is not required to register, book, or receive care. After opting in you receive a confirmation text.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your appointments and care, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@mindbodyworks.us or (314) 409-6123.

Carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
