Payment Methods
We accept insurance and cash payments for services but require a valid charging card for insurance co-pays and self-pay services.
Cash pay
- Save a card now. It is verified, not charged.
- Payment is due in advance. Before each visit, your card is charged for the scheduled visit length.
- Additional charges, over and above the pre-paid hourly rate, may accrue from a visit due to other health service requests, such as a medical statement, or other needs.
- Payment for the extra charges will be collected at the end of the visit in which they occurred.
- Hourly rate: $440 per hour
You will be asked to formally authorize charges to your card by clicking a checkbox on your visit form. The form will say:
I authorize Mind Body Works Telehealth LLC to charge this card in advance for my visits.
Labs are billed separately by the lab.
If a card is declined, you will be asked to update it in the portal before the visit proceeds.
